Nathan R. Mitchell is the Founder of Lead Empowered LLC, a leadership consultant and executive advisor, author, and host of Lead Empowered TV. His work focuses on helping leaders grow in self-awareness, communicate more effectively, strengthen relationships, and create healthier, higher-performing cultures.

Across his career, Nathan has served in leadership roles spanning retail, professional services, higher education, and organizational leadership. During seven years as an Organizational Leadership Strategist, he trained more than 2,000 educators and administrators in communication, relationships, alignment, execution, and leadership capacity.

Today, Nathan brings practical leadership ideas to executives, business owners, teams, and media audiences through consulting, coaching, speaking, writing, and Lead Empowered TV.
